We had a return visit to this hotel and were once again impressed by the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the helpful staff. The location near Wilson Airport was very convenient for our safari travels. The breakfast was a great way to start our day and always a bonus. our experience at Best Western was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

The lack of fresh juices made from actual fruits was also a letdown. there were no bathroom slippers provided in the room, which would have been a nice touch for added comfort.

Stale breakfast options: Unfortunately, the bread and pastries at breakfast never tasted fresh and often seemed stale. This has been an ongoing issue since the hotel opened, and it's something they should definitely address.

As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible facilities and attentive staff. The hotel had ramps and elevators for easy mobility, and the rooms were designed with accessibility in mind. Impressive!

I recently stayed at Best Western in Nairobi for both work and pleasure. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I was impressed by the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with on-site gardens, glass bottles instead of plastic, and the option to forego daily towel and sheet changes. The room itself was perfect for my needs, with a comfortable bed, a strong and warm shower, and plenty of space. The attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. The access to the Fairview pool, grounds, and restaurants was a huge plus, and the gardens were simply breathtaking. The location was ideal, being in town yet away from the center. I felt incredibly safe and secure during my stay. Best Western is definitely the place I will be returning to when I visit Nairobi in the future. Highly recommended!

best western in nairobi always impresses me, but this romantic trip was on another level. incredible staff made us feel at home, clean rooms, and access to great restaurants. a hidden paradise in the city. we found our go-to hotel in nairobi!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and conveniently located on the same floor as my room. The staff, including Peter, Bridgite, and Melvine at the front desk, were all extremely helpful. Boniface in the restaurant even took the time to teach me how to use the MPesa system, which was my first time using it. Stephen, the security guard, assisted me with my bags, and Juliet, the breakfast hostess, was friendly and welcoming. Hannah from housekeeping was also very helpful. The hotel is not only comfortable and clean, but it is also situated in a safe district with a beautiful tropical garden. I felt secure during my stay and was pleased with my wake-up call in the morning. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the center and the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and private stays.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay, with easy access to key business areas and attractions. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing a welcome drink and snack every night and even takeaway coffee and pastries in the morning. The new refreshed room service menu was a pleasant surprise, offering a great selection of delicious meals.

There were no bathroom slippers provided in the room, which would have been a nice touch for added comfort during my stay. the general manager seemed to have a poor attitude and didn't handle a situation involving car damage in a satisfactory manner.

The staff at Best Western made my stay truly exceptional. From the friendly greetings at the reception to the wonderful service at the breakfast, I felt welcomed and valued. I want to personally thank Dolphine, Juliet, and the skilled Chef , for their amazing hospitality. I also had a fantastic time exploring Nairobi with Mr. Paul, one of the drivers at the hotel. He was not only friendly but also showed me some hidden gems in the city. The efforts towards sustainability, such as on-site gardens and the option to keep towels and sheets for longer, were commendable. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
